for your gaskets youll find them at any auto parts store they are as common as commodores and very rarly will any of the shops not keep them in stock.
heads are also another easi one just go to any wreckers and ull find one in at least one of the corollas.
and for 4k performance id recommend u speak to CLG (clint) he seems to have the hook up with that sort of stuff.
