i just locked the diff in my escort as i have done with lots of previous ones. much much fun to be had.... best thing is u can snap an axle and still drive off the good axle... (and experience 4th gear burnouts while driving along)
lots of people are scared of locked diffs but they're not that dangerous... in the wet on tight corners prolly need to be a bit careful but in the dry you don't even notice it... and it's much safer when going sideways coz it doesn't change between spinning one wheel and two....
