i had the same problem with my car once, battery voltage was fine everything in the car was fine but could get enough current to start the car, after spending an hour looking for the problem i though i would then check the most basic thing of all, got my old metal baseball bat and gave the battery terminals a few good wacks and bingo worked fine after that,
