thats true but i wouldnt bother turboing a 5me....youll have overheating problems, and you will blow the motor relatively easy. Bottom end wasnt built for a turbo so some serious rebuilding would be needed. supercharger...no heat probs but the bottom end still aint gonna be strong enough. Turboing/ supercharging it will probably only give u 200-230hp max. 7mge cressida motor puts out that...something to think about. Ive got an ma61 supra im putting a 302 windsor motor in...gone against the toyota product...i just couldnt be bothered with turbos and computers etc anymore. you could also go this way. Some toyota engine swaps for the cressida are 1ggte, 1jzgte, 2jzgte, 1uzfe, 7mge/gte, 1ggze, and a few i cant think of..end of the day any replacement engine is gonna cost you an arm and a leg. My best advice is make sure u really love and wanna keep the car for a LONG time...you wont get your money back. Supras are gonna be collectors items in the future...dont know about cressidas tho...youll never get your money back if you ever wanna sell it. Blake [Report message to a moderator]
