I am getting the heads this week complete for an unleaded swap...and new valve springs, whole new head setup. Should then get the block in a couple more weeks... yes we all agree do not turbo/super the 5me....big mistake lol...probably after u solve the problems u have itd be cheaper for a 1j/ 7m transplant. btw you gotta then find a computer and ecu to operate with the 5m properly...
