An AE82 in tank pump will need the bracket modified (lengthened) to ensure minimal fuel surge but are more than adequate to meet the needs of the stock 4AG and a bit beyond, and the entire bracket will bolt straight up to an AE86 tank. Unfortunately the KE70 tank is a different neck so it wont bolt up to that, but the AE86 tank will bolt in to the KE70.
As for earlier models of the rolla you will either have to cut and shut the AE82 top section of the tank to your existing tank, or rebuild a complete new stainless tank with adaptation to accept an AE 82 pump or better. Finally you can fit an external pump, something out of a VL turbo or equivilant will do the trick, I personally dont go for external pumps because it doesent take much more than a small rock or a bit of debris to break them as it bounces under the car and then you can have some serious problems if the fuel leaks. You can always put some protective brackets around them though but it still wont stop the dust and grime getting to it.
I have heard that some MR2 brackets will fit the sprinter tank as well and are exactly them same as the AE86 bracket
