You should easily make the power you want, the only place where you might have any trouble is the factory box of sparks - try it and see, I suppose! Add a big fat rising regulator, and you might just get enough fuel out of it.
My other advice is not to bother with the T50 - save up a bit more and stick a W box behind it from the start. As for clutches, I'm currently getting (yet another) one made, this time I *hope* I've got it right. I should have it by sometime next week, so I'll send you some pictures/info on it when it arrives if you like, and let you know how it drives. Basically: custom light flywheel, 3200lbs clamping from a Holden Rodeo pressure plate, 5 puck clutch plate.
Current clutch I'm using is 2500lbs and a full face plate on a standard 4ag flywheel - its the best one I've had so far, but not really up to the torque. I'm going to be pushing for over 200kw at the wheels from mine after I get my clutch, I'll letcha know how it works  I've only busted one engine so far
