Power is a LOT more - but still boring.
It is a bolt-in, that is it will bolt to the same engine mounts and if you use the W50 5 speed it will bolt to the same gearbox cross member (you will need the Celica rubber geabox mount to marry the two). You will need to cut the hole in the trans tunnel for the shifter.
If you are using the EFI (18RGEU) then the brake lines (at the master) will foul with the plenum chamber - some re-bending will give them enough clearance. If you are using the carby model then I am unsure of clearane issues in that area.
You will need to get the exhaust done as it won't bolt up (and nor would you want it to if it's stock).
The tail shaft etc all fits up.
It will still get caned by a VN Confused

For the effort - and ALL engine conversions require lots of effort - I would go 1G GTE.

P.S If you want floor shift, they use the same gearbox with a different side plate. Get the side plate from a floor shifted version of the same model, cut a hole in the floor and you will be floor shifting like a pro.
