this is what I was leaning towards, without so much as saying it.
I have an ae82 fxgt race car in NZ that was extremely competitive in club events with only trd front inserts and lovell springs! - now it has a custom coilover setup with race springs (professionally engineered, not some flashy brand either)and it is going to be a rocket this season.
