The factory ECU location on the AE86 is in the passenger kickpanel between the blower motor(for heating/cooling) and the lower section of the A-piller/front quarter panel, and behind the factory speaker location.

shipping would be less than $10 I believe

Oh, and it does fit quite well, I was playing with my freinds car and it fit's better than mine!!!
