OK to start with punctuation is a wonderful thing! Ever heard of paragraphs? ...

The Engine is pretty gone now so i've been looking at converting the car to have a 1JZGTE Engine installed a "Soarer JZZ30 2.5GT-T Twin Turbo" to be exact.

Right, well this engine will have the wrong sump position on it (it will have a mid-rear sump as opposed to the front sump you will need). It is possible to change sumps, but front sumps are quite rare, sought after and hence expensive. If possible search around for a JZX81 or JZX90 halfcut, these will have front sumps 
You will need to use all the engine management electrics that come with the engine (you existing 5mge ECU etc will be useless). This is why getting a front cut is usually the best option.
And a finial word of warning, if you aren't able to do the mechanical work yourself expect to spend a very large amount of money to get it going (say $10K +).
