Get the pistons from toyota. They are available in either 8.5:1 or 8.9:1 compression and are some of the best quality pistons available. They arent priced too badly either (around $400 a set I believe).
Rods are available from many manufacturers and in many styles and materials. TRD make some nice ones but it really depends on your budget and requirements.
The stock crank is actually quite good and as such there isnt a huge market for aftermarket ones. I don't know of anyone that makes one off the shelf unless you want to buy a TRD item for formula atlantic. The price it truly terrifying. You could probably get one made from any of a number of custom crank manufacturers but unless you are planning on making massive power it probably wont be needed.
You could get the stock crank lightened and knife edged...
