I'll try to help with a few of those questions..

Good idea to connect up the oxy sensor, will help with fuel consumption when cruising.. Do you have a ECU pinout diagram? This will tell you where to run the single 02 sensor shielded wire. If you dont have ECU pin out I can dig one up for you.

Cold start and air bypass, not really essential. Wouldn't hurt having the air bypass connected though, this is really easy. Earth one wire and ign + to the other. The cold start connects into the water temp sensor.

2 coils and 1 ignitor is correct.

I understand it fires in the injectors 2 at a time. From memory there is 2 pinouts on the ECU, but hmm maybe they do all just connect together.

No ballast resistor.

PC and PE earthed is fine.
