It depends how the loom has been altered but I believe the injectors are pulsed in two lots #10 and #20 on the wiring diagram. Mine are all wired together and they work fine. I've been told that they all go together by the guy that wired my loom up originally.

No need for ballast resistor.
Oxy sensor is a definite.
I have heard that people run without the knock control box. I have one on mine.
