V8_MA61 Forums Junkie Location: Brisbane Registered: June 2003	18rg to replace 22rc? Wed, 10 August 2005 06:28 A fellow at my work has a 81? hilux with a 22rc. The motor in it is rooted. My question is, will an 18rg out of an ra28 be able to replace it? ie are the sumps interchangeable, will i need to do anything else to make it fit? Being a twin cam with twin carbies, one would think it would be at least as powerful as the 22rc?? Thanks guys Blake [Report message to a moderator]
