only problem i'd have with going to somewhere like department of fair trading... the work shop then cracks the shits after getting told off and decided to stick everything back in your car with a bit chewing gum and roll of ducktape
garenteed if you start complaining the over quality of the places work on your car is going to slip. but still, getting them in shit my throw there arse's into gear
