Seriously dude, do you read anything before you submit it!? We have a spell checker on these forums as well. Usually I'd let it slide but that was stuffed.
As for the issue at hand, if they don't get it done, for sure I'd be going to Fair Trading or the like. Most places aren't stupid enough to bodge it up if you complain about them, because that'll only make it worse for them.
