If you want to enter Targa Tas then you must satisfy one of A: Have a good chance of winning it (experienced and talented driver in a fast car) B: Are driving a classic car. As in one that will go down in history and is very close to factory (Apparently the only Dat 1600 racing recently was a rare 2door) C: Have a huge pile of cash So in my opinion, unless your friend is driving a mint JDM Levin stuffed with the needed safety gear then he is going to be struggling. Hen PS, a pretty big pile of cash is needed whatever the case. [Report message to a moderator]
