The toyota book has listings that would be correct for all 18RG heads, as they differ from those for the 18R/C head.
Trust the green book.

The ACL 18RG (actually 18RGEU) gasket kit lists the torque figures that are pretty close to what the green book has for the 18RC.

52.1 - 63.7 ft.lb. is good. We always go to 63.7 and have not had a problem.
The older the head, the more the need is for 63.7 so that any warping doesn't give an inadequate seal.
This won't matter if it has been surfaces though.
