no, just a skim of liquid in each chamber.
basically i ripped abit of paper towel, put it on an extension claw tool and it absorbed the liquid within about 2 dabs in each cylinder.
I'm not sure if it was water/fuel - but my guess is water and it definately was in all cylinders- not so much in 1 of em tho.
