its a painful process involving a lot of fidling. i cant remember the exact order of how to take the bits out Confused .

one bit of advice i can give you is to make sure you mark the location of all the 'locating nuts'(i dont know what they are called but you will know them when you see them) on the car by tracing or scoring around them. these help make sure that the window winds up into the correct final postion and if you dont mark them, you will have to work them out from scratch.
