remove diff takes 20 minutes

takes about 40 to put it back in

- first remove 4 bolts connecting tailshaft to diff
- remove 6 nuts on each driveshaft connecting them to diff
- pry off driveshafts
- remove the 2 nuts and 2 bolts holding the diff housing into rear subframe

voila

diff will fall out

and be careful, as norbs has said, they are HEAVY BASTARDS!!!
