Yeh i have never understood it aswell,not acusing you of being dodgy but $3X16 is $48 an hour if its packed,how do you do it? and yeh just asking from a business perspective not being a smartarse..

I've done a business degree (havn't used it till now btw). One of the biggest things I learnt is to keep variable costs as low as possible.
Our current business model covers weekly costs pretty quickly, and one off costs are completely tax deductable. So in affect, we're negative gearing the shop.
