Slight "surge" at cruising speed. Thu, 18 August 2005 07:11 Go to previous message
Hey guys.

I've noticed that at around 1500-2400RPM, at cruising throttle (around 8%) i get this very slight shudder/surging thruough the car. I'm pretty sure it's something engine/mechanical related as it's RPM dependent. It only happens at light throttle (bordering deceleration). If I accellerate more, or completly decellerate, it doesn't do it. What sort of engine issues cause this slight surge. Too lean a mixture?? Too advanced ign. timing?
Engine is a 2VZFE.

Thanks.
