No takers on this one aahhh well. Ok then another question. On the fairmont alternator ther is only one wire excluding the battery wire, it is used to excite the alternator initially and then causes the charging light to go out. On the toyota three wire alternator what exact function does the permanent live fulfill? Thats not the charging wire but the permenant feed into teh alternator? Thanks guys.
