I talked to engineer about it once and they said the reason they make it illegal is due to the extra strain the larger wheels put on steering components and so forth. Also less traction in the wet. Bummer though! I've got done for my 15*7's on the Celica before. Just haven't felt like buying a new set of mags yet just because they are .5" too wide. But will get around to it sometime soon to get the RTA/Cops off my back. [Report message to a moderator]
