ok ive furthered my research with total engine services in kirawee (sydney) and have compiled a list of work to be done:

-camshaft (crow cams)
-solid lifters
-worked 4k head
-flat top pistons
- double valve springs
-twin 40mm webbers
-extractors

what would the benifits be of using alloy push rods? and would 6mm stems on the valves be needed? or just overkill?
