If I had a camera i'd grab a pic of my setup as it runs currently... my apexi (if i remember correctly) has three ports, common, normally open, normally closed. Just block off the normally open one, and plumb the normally closed to a T piece. One side of this should go off to another T piece to split the wastegate lines to the turbos, and the other port (say, the middle port) should go to a restrictor of some sorts. I just used a GFB bleed valve insted of that first T piece - works a treat and is adjustable!
