depends how high you want to rev the sucker...
if you get the lifters to the weight of a 4K's, then it should be happy to rev to 7000-7500.
for above that you will want to either lighten the lifter more, or lighten the valves. 6mm stem valves will reduce valve train weight and mean you can use lighter springs Wink same goes for alloy pushrods..
if you still have heavy lifters, i would not bother with alloy rods.. leave them till last, if at all..

basically, reduce moving weight and car will rev faster and higher for longer, and valvetrain is a big issue..
