there's a knocking sound in my s13 coilovers..

and when i took out the wheels and check where the sound coming from... it is caused by the coilover springs + helper springs turning a little (causking the knock) when i turn the steering wheel..

how can i eliminate the springs + helper springs from moving..should i just take out the helper springs?
