You were given the same options as our other sponsors, you could either pay the annual fee to sponsor and advertise on the forum like all of the other forum sponsors do, or you could be a discount sponsor and list on the sponsors page. We will not reduce the value of the investment our other sponsor have already made by giving you the same service at a reduced price. You have specified both to me and in your posting on the forum that paying the standard rate to sponsor the Toymods Forum is not financially viable for you as you do not get enough sales from the advertising. I accept this as it is your business to run as you see fit. Having said this however I cannot see how, if advertising on the Toymods forum is worth so very little to you, you feel the need to continue to advertise here. As to your freedom of speach and restriction of trade. There is no mandated freedom of speach in Australia, that is an American concept. The Toymods forum classifieds are for personal sales only, commercial traders are not allowed to advertise unless they are forum sponsors. We have specified this to you on several times and you have made the concious decision not to follow our rules. At the end of the day this is the Toymods Forums, not the raceflow web site. You can do whatever you want on your website, but if you are going to use the Toymods Forum you are going to have to follow the rules of the forum. The rules that you agreed to follow when you signed up for this forum are: Registration to this forum is free! We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. If you agree to the terms, please press the Agree button at the end of the page. This is a private forum run by the Toymods Car Club Board and membership is at their discretion. Users are only allowed one username. No Animated gifs or offensive pictures are allowed as avatars Personal attacks are not permitted. Posts that are rude, offensive, insulting, slanderous or encouraging illegal activities are not permitted. Political, Religious, Racist or Sexist comments or threads are not permitted. No pornographic content or links are permitted. If a member posts such comments their membership may be revoked. If you are moderated and you wish to discuss it then e-mail a moderator or email the board at board@toymods.org.au If you have concerns about any posts or threads then e-mail a moderator, select the Report message to a Moderator option or email the board at board@toymods.org.au The Toymods Board reserves the right to modify these rules when necessary. TOYMODS CAR CLUB BOARD All posts are the property and responsibility of the poster, the forum moderators and administrators have no obligation to monitor any posts, however Toymods reserves the right to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information and/or materials (in whole or in part) that in its discretion considers objectionable or in violation of any applicable law or the Conditions of Use. You have also agreed that you will only have one logon, although I see you have created a further two logons for your business. Jon at this stage after discussion with the rest of the Toymods Board, based on the way you have conducted yourself on our forum, we are not in a position where we would be comfortable to accept you as a sponsor. We will not at this time ban your Raceflow users even though you have continued to show no regard for the rules of this forum and the contract you enterred into by joining the forum.
