the board receives an email whenever a thread is created in this section of the forum, so no doubt some of the board members are already aware of this thread.
In all honesty - we state the classifieds section of these forums as "BUYER BEWARE". This is not ebay, amazon, yahoo auctions etc... this is a car forum where people are allowed to make personal sales at their own risk.
We cannot really do too much for you in this case, as there are some privacy laws involved regarding personal information. We can in some cases assist you in contacting the forum member to work a resolve the the problem, but anything more than that we usually cant do.
If you are requesting that this member have "something done to him" - that is definitely something we cannot do. Depending on the situation we can place the user on probation or possibly ban them... but without knowing the full scope of the situation so far, i'd say that wouldnt happen.
Just continue to attempt to contact him, and seek a resolution between yourselves.
In short - this was a private sale you made on a car forum. The Toymods Board are not responsible for the sale in any way.
