Yep thats it...
1. Remove wheel.
2. Unbolt caliper.
3. Tap off disc with rubber mallet or similar.
4. Bash out old studs
5. Bash in new studs (or use the an old rim to pull them into place)
6. Reverse steps 1-3.

Its much nicer if you actually unbolt the hub because you can get to the rear of the studs easier, however, most people just do it while the hub is still bolted to the car.
