a guy in adelaide is the head developer (jason) and a few others from around the world, back in my uni days i was going join the development team but decided not to for the reason that im a lazy prick
anyways its been on and off for a long time (coupla years) but its slowly getting done.
pointer to anyone whos going to join the SR3 forums, dont ask them if they are going to have jap cars in the game the dude named "Hellmark" will chew your face off even if u intend it to be a joke.
