You can put 6M crnak in 5M, but you need to machine block, and use other 6M bits (front oil seal is not the 5M part, nor is cover) Block number usually stamped with 6Mxxxxxx Pistons are same as early 5MGE (8.8c/r) Rods are different. Cover behind crank pulley (alloy cover) is stamped 6M Intake plenum has 3000 instead of EFI. No other differences between late 5MGE and 6MGE. [Report message to a moderator]
