it unplugs down near the kick panel on the driver's side. that long white tube 'thingy' makes it slightly easier to feed a new one in.
BUT
tie string to the old aerial cable before you pull it out. then tie that string to the new one before you try push it thru. that way, you'll save about an hour of dicking around.
as for the old one getting stuck...make sure you've unplugged it down near the drivers kick panel first, and if it still gets stuck, just yank it out. only way to do it.
