offset can only be out a certain amount, and then the tyre (not rim) will hit on the strut or guard..
it depends on many things..
how much car is lowered, how wide rims are, how fat the tyre sits on the rim etc etc...
i can't help with actual sizes, but a good bet is to find someone running the exact tyre you want to run, ie width, profile and brand, on the same width rim.. fit it on the car and then measure how much space you have.. and calculate what you can fit...
