Yes offset will need to vary with wheel width as ts all about how far the wheel goes into the car (as anything more then about +20 - +25 on my soarer will rub the front suspension. i wouldn't go into spacers for the simple fact that they are illegal (well the are here) and in 9 out of 10 cases your studs won't be long enough.

Also don't mess with offset understand it and try wheels before you buy, as it cost me around 100 bucks to learn the true meaning behind offset, as i couldn't get what i paid for the wheels back.
