berad Forums Junkie Location: brisbane Registered: December 2004	Re: 5s-fe to turbo Mon, 29 August 2005 05:09 i really dont know where some people get these things from 3000 for a half cut only 2000 in qld... for a gen 2... the 3sgte is a complete bolt in no new rear engine mount, some 5sfe's have a revised front engine mount then you would need a new front mount, why do u need a electronic boost controller that is what a wastegate is for with a bleed valve, 7psi of boost the standard fuel pump will be fine , and my guess the injectors would be ok too and even if there not they are not expensive, msd? why..., and an aftermarket ecu that is very capable is about 300 bucks... if you know a bit about electronics and spanners this could be done for sweet f.a, but the life on the engine i wouldnt bet on and 5sfe's have forgies do they funny that there not a performance engine and the 3sgte doesnt even have forgies... sheesh lol [Updated on: Mon, 29 August 2005 05:21] [Report message to a moderator]
