After having a quick skim-read of the threads on celicatech.com. you need to run larger injectors (say off another larger toyota engine), bigger fuel pump (walbro 255,supra pump, 3sgte pump), aftermarket management, also a h/g to decomp the head a bit, 3sgte manifold and turbo, custom oil/water lines etc.
Thats just a few things to start. And they run about 7-9psi. Some of them producing over 200fwhp!
If you own a st184 (or st204 especially) its worth looking into.(eg. legalities of engine's age and engine numbers matching.)
seriously though, check out the site if your serious about doing it.
