Mine being an '85 model ran on super originaly, and now lrp. remember when they brought in unleaded? most (all?) cars then switched to unleaded. So check the built date. I tried mine on unleaded as it was lsited in that booklet the government put out about which older cars could, and it didnt like it one bit. minor tuning didnt make much difference. Also as mentioned, Japan has better fuel then us (in fact nearly the whole world does!) so those engine may be slightly different. I dont know, just theorising here. Craig.
