Yes, you can rotate both the exhaust & compressor housings to obtain the correct alignment for the oil drain. Rotating both housings the same amount will result in the wastegate actuator still lining up, but may mean that the compressor outlet is pointing at the motor or something stupid, in which case you might need to do some custom work to bolt the actuator in a different position.
Simon-AE86: Was that a serious answer, or are you taking the piss? I hope its the latter.
