i think you have a few things confused....
# Supercheap Auto Crank Pulley Remover
- you leave the crank pulley bolt in, but undone. using two of the supplied bolts, bolt the big stary thing to the pulley and then bolt in the big long black centre bolt so that it starts pushing tight against the crank pulley bolt. The pulley will now start lifting off.
# Using WST-011 pictured by Toobs:
- again the crank pulley bolt is in the crank, but undone. Tightening up the two bolts either side starts to pull off the pulley as the metal plate is squeezed against the crank pulley bolt.
