Its just got different ratio's AFAIK.
Some report that its "stronger" than the standard (E150) box... I think this is just hype though.
Keep your standard gearbox unless its busted or you want a spare... its not really worth the upgrade.
Look out for an ST205 box if you want an upgrade.
