My first response is to say
1/ unbolt entire rear end
2/ replace with disc rear end
However since you are trying to remove the drums and this is not a natural first step in performing the above mod lets start again.
Is the handbrake off? I know it's obvious but it's also late and I'm sure I'm not the only one who's been caught by this. Are there any screws in it? Don't know about the corona but some have screws holding the drum to the drive flange. Tap around edges with hammer while levering (preferably in more than one spot) off. But this will take more hands than you have. Adjust the brakes, if the drums are worn enough there may be a lip inside and the shoes are catching on this.
