For the power and torque we're looking at here, no OEM Toyota box is really suitable. The Getrag 6-speed (as used in late-model Supras and Skyline GTR's) is a very tough box but I still reckon you'd snap it eventually, and when the bare box costs upwards of $3k it could get expensive quickly. Also keep in mind the Getrag doesn't have a separate bellhousing, so adapting it to fit another engine would make it even more costly.
If you really must have a manual transmission behind such a torque monster, an aftermarket race-spec box starts to make a lot of sense. The Tremec TKO as mention above is a good suggestion. Justen Simpson has one of these behind his twin-turbo Lexus V8 and has nothing but good things to say about them. They're not cheap but breaking gearboxes isn't cheap either!
