You could just fit a set of slightly higher springs, I'm sure King springs could whack you up a set for a lot less than $6000, Though the soarer is hard enough to get over things on standard springs. (I like my charade as I don't have to slow down on gutters, humps or for those concrete stoppers in carparks)

Hydraulic and airbag suspension is a pain in the arse as it gets older and starts leaking, most people who own older BMW's, Lincolns, Cadillacs etc take it out and replace with standard systems rather than repair.
