There's no need for a bleed valve or any other trickery if you're using stock turbos; the factory wastegates are so small that the engine will have overboost problems just by installing a 3" exhaust! I'm planning to have a 2.5" restrictor fitted to my dump pipe when the exhaust is made so I don't have these problems.
