Yeah i thought i would get a few responses like thats i just feel like being a bit lazy thats all plus the auto boxes are stronger then the manuals and are easier and cheaper to sorce, plus the budget didnt really include a manual and new clutch etc

1st gear thrust washer aside, I'd have to disagree with you about the autos being stronger stock.
That said, a JZA70 cut will be an almost straight swap for your car.
