I didn't get what you meant at first but now I do.
It's called favicon (favourites icon). Search it on google because there's a gizillion hits on how to do it.
It's called a favourites icon because it shows up once the site is saved to favourites. Maybe they've changed it and it shows up automatically but there ya go.
